Please include your device model, browser, operating system, and a short description when reporting a calibration issue so we can improve the tool for similar devices.
What to expect
We review messages as soon as practical, but response times can vary. Sending a message does not create a professional, advisory, or contractual relationship. Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data.
Before reporting an inaccurate ruler
- Confirm browser zoom is set to 100%.
- Check whether operating-system display scaling has changed.
- Recalibrate with a standard credit card or the correct screen diagonal.
- Tell us whether the issue occurs in cm, inches, pixels, or every mode.
